Proposed and secured a monthly contract worth AED 8,000 for marketing and tele-sales services
Developed a marketing plan to create consistent, engaging content for social media
Led a tele-sales initiative to reach and onboard salons and beauty centers onto the platform

Mobile App Upgrade Plan for Mirror App

Mirror – a UAE-based app that connects salons and beauty centers in one platform

Challenge

After launching marketing campaigns, users faced problems booking appointments due to technical issues in the app.

MY ROLE

Identified the technical booking issues through user feedback and performance analysis
Proposed and closed a AED 50,000 deal for a comprehensive mobile app upgrade plan
Worked with the development team to design fixes, add new features, and improve the booking experience

Website & Mobile App Enhancement for Lodging

Lodging – a UAE-based platform for booking chalets and farms through their website

Challenge

The mobile app was not functioning properly, the website needed UI improvements, and basic SEO practices were not implemented.

MY ROLE

Proposed and closed a AED 70,000 contract, payable in installments over 12 months
Outlined and managed a plan to fix mobile app issues, improve website UI, and implement foundational SEO
Coordinated with developers and designers to ensure all improvements aligned with the client’s booking and conversion goals

MY ROLE

Worked closely with Erliz from the intermediary company to coordinate campaign requirements
Acted as the main point of contact between the intermediary company, local influencer, and videographer
Negotiated and closed a AED 25,000 campaign deal
Managed budget allocation: 20% revenue back to our company, AED 2,000 to videographer, remainder to influencer
Oversaw content production and ensured deliverables met ADNOC’s campaign goals
